The roll testing bench in Karhula
On our testing bench, we offer test runs for suction rolls and deflection compensated rolls under almost operation conditions.If required, also hydrostatic bearings are available for rolls needing them.
Due to high precision of deflection compensated rolls in particular, a test run before delivery is extremely important to ensure maximum reliability of the rolls functionality in operation.
Advantages:
- Error analysis before disassembly of the roll, e.g. leaks that have been occured in opeation
- Unexpected problems are detected before delivery and not during commissioning in the macine of the customer
- Documentation of the leakage oil required for lubrication
